Usually the body’s first response to anger is an increased breathing rate. This is the body’s way of taking in more oxygen. When you breathe faster, your heart pumps faster. This increases the pressure on your arteries. When you are angry, you might break into a sweat. This helps cool your body. If you look into a mirror, you may find your pupils are dilated.
Your face is likely to either turn pale or flushed. When you are angry, your hands can also turn cold. A lot of energy is used by your body when you are angry. You might find yourself shaking. Physically unfit individuals may experience pains in the chest. It is healthy to blow off steam once in a while, but repeated anger can deplete the energy reserves in the body. Your body’s health is jeopardized when it has the extra stress of anger feelings. Anger can cause stress on the body’s major systems such as the heart, nerves, or respiratory functions.

A dead calm comes over my face
and I ball up my fists and squeeze them so tight
that my arms tremble.
Or, my eyes well up with tears and get the "glazed over" look
depends on the situation and the anger level.
Both of those are getting toward the blowing point
Most of the time there is no physical sign
cause it takes a whole hell of a lot
to get me to that point of anger

No one gets the chance to witness that sign. But, I guess it's a complete look of rage, especially when I pick up people by their testicles and tote them around like old luggage, much like I did to a neighbor a year ago for trying to break into my car.

my face goes very red, my muscles clench. my back gets really stiff. internally, my heart will race, and my stomach will be upset. I also breath more shallowly. I won't make eye contact, and desperately look for a way to get out of the situation.

I just say my bit at the time & then i'm fine I don't really suffer anger in that sense
but others may go real red in the face & their eyes may glaze over & they splutter & spit or bash & punch

I have the "look" of hellish wrath that will soon be unleashed upon that person, lasers might be included.
Whether or not I vaporise anyone will depend on if I had my morning cup of Joe's. ;-)

I turn into a total arrogant jerk and start running my mouth. I make it fairly obvious when I am angry. hehe

My ears turn red. Don't get angry very often, I can hide it very well when I do.
