No you don't - otherwise, tube drivers, submariners, astronauts and miners would all be out of work.

You joking right?
If not, try going outside at lunch, or go outside during the weekend, both will expose you to the natural light that you are entitled to. Or move to Alaska, they have a month or two when the sun is out for 20 hours a day, oh wait, they have a couple of months when the sun is set for 20 hours a day. God must not know about Alaskans legal right to natural light...

I'm sorry to say that you don't. And on top of it I feel for you, because that really sucks. I'm lucky to have a job where my office is brightly lit with natural light, plus I get to spend about 4-6 hours a day driving in my sales territory.

You took the job and have known this for a while, I'm assuming, so if you aren't happy there, find another job. The boss can't always control things like this anymore than you can so the decision is yours whether to stay or leave.

Stephen, you don't need to worry until you develop allergic reactions to garlic and holy water. At that point, natural light will turn you into dust. And stay away from the guy with the wooden stake. . .

There are millions of people working in those conditions, it is not illegal. Just consider yourself fortunate that you do not work in the hideous conditions that many people in the developing world endure.

You work at their discretion. Not everyone can have sunlight to work in. Take your breaks outside.
