could it be fraud or the real thing how can i tell if's it the real thing.or a fraud and who should i tell. It looks like the real thing. If i cash the the check will i be commited to pay back the amont back or i would be commiting fraud.

Their check is a fake and by the time it clears 7-10 or more days they will have you talked into paying them.
Contact www.fbi.gov and tell them your story. They have a task force just for this thing.

This is a scam, you should let someone in the media know, I googled that company and many people getting the same scam came up.

you are paying 10% in fees up front plus you will probably have a high interest rate on the 22,000 that you have to pay back. Sounds like a bad investement to me. I would not do it.

most reputable finance companies do not make you pay an upfront fee to borrow money from them... i would steer away from them.. have you checked the better business bureau on them?
