Go to PC hub, look for Erik, a chinese, he will give you discounts for the devices you will need
Or you could also go to Rodriguez, you can ride from Cubao, a jeepney with Quiapo as the sign.
Look for the TECH-POINT, Raymond is the name of the owner, he's a chinese also, also gives you the lowest price
