do you mean manga that you read or anime show that you watch? if you mean manga then i would have to say goong, vampire knight, lovely complex, and koukou debut are my fave romantic mangas. if you mean show then i would have to say eureka 7, peach girl, and full metal panic.
i like these manga and animes cause they all have humor, love and some have action as well.

I love Hana Yori Dango (Boys Over Flowers - in English) too! It's a manga and an anime. I've read all of the manga but have been unable to find the anime anywhere.
I also love Marmalade Boy. It's about a girl and a guy whose parents swap partners and they all end up living in a big house. So much drama and romance, like Hana Yori Dango.
Other manga that haven't been made into anime versions:
*Love for Venus
*Absolute Boyfriend (my friend said she read somewhere it was an anime! I'm hoping it is)
*Honey Mustard
They're all really good romance mangas (though not mainstream). Makes you sigh, cry and laugh.

Its not really manga, I don't think, but I say it'd have to be Hana Yori Dango.
Their was so much drama and no matter what happened he kept comin back to her even when she had doubts. Like, no one wanted them to be together, but they still made it in the end. I thought the drama was better tho. The one with real ppl

Does Inuyasha count? If so, I absolutely adored that show! I havent been keeping up with it lately but I will get the dvds.
I loved the tension between Kagome, Inuyasha and Kikyo. In a twisted weird way, I wanted Inuyasha to be with Kikyo and not Kagome. I liked Kikyo better.

... its not comparable to the other romance manga because well i dunno its really funny and well it livens me hehe i remember when i first watched this it was midnight already but i was searching for a new anime then i thought why do they always suggest ouran so i watched it until episode 5 and repeated watching it 5 times there
