Take a note of the tyre/tire make, and size from the sidewall. The size will look like 195/60/15 88 V, or something like that. Ring a tyre/tire shop, tell them what your car is and give them the size, they'll tell you off their charts.
The pressure embossed on the sidewall is only a test pressure for that carcase, it's nothing to do with the correct pressure for your car.
You should, normally, have a sticker inside the door jamb, or the filler flap, or the glovebox lid, giving you the info, or it's in the handbook if you have it.

Look at the vehicle information tag, typically found inside the drivers door frame or in the glovebox door. Or, if you had included year/make/model I could have just told you.
DO NOT do what a bunch of people will probably tell you to do and look at the sidewall of the tire for a recommendation because you will not find one. The sidewall of the tire only lists a maximum inflation pressure (safety precaution) not a recommendation for yours or any other vehicle.

As others have stated, the pressure is written on the side of the tire. However keep in mind that is the maximum pressure which is recommended when the car is fully loaded. Read the maximum pressure and deduct about 4 or 5 pounds if you normally ride solo or with one other person.

look on the outside of the tire you will see the size of the tire, the manufacturer of the tire and the max. air pressure for the tire, also you can look on the door jamb of your car, most of the time it is on the drivers side door there will be a label with recommended tire size tire air pressure, weight of vehicle, etc.

Contact a tyre fitting place. Tell them the size of tyres you have, its usually marked on the wheel. If you can't find it, tell them your make and model of your car and they should be able to tell you
