<> Starship: We use a space ship. Not a star ship, though. (Yet.)
<> Transporters: We have transported or "beamed" atoms from one place to another by literally transporting them through open space to another location.
<> Warp drive: We have accelrated particles so close to the speed of light that we have slowed down the physical nature so as to extend its life based on that speed.
<> Phasers: We have lasers, although we have not figured out how to include plasma or matter to shoot along with the laser. Once we do, we will have phasers.
<> Photon Torpedos: we are currently working with photon accelerating engines. Once we integrate matter or plasma we will have photon torpedos.
<> Artificial Gravity: we can currently float any object that is not metalic (frog, water, cat) in mid air without any support around it.
<> Tractor Beams: We use strong electromagnetic beams to produce maglev-trains that are accelerated and de-accelerated much the same as a tractor beam. However, it is not a tractor beam like that depicted in the original Star Trek.
<> Medical Scanners: We have many smaller medical devices that, for example, take your pulse through a small device on the tip of your finger while it tests blood oxygen levels at the same time. We have MRI scanners, too.
<> Dylithium Crystals: Well, not exactly, but we do use Quartz Crystals to help power things.
<> Super Magnification: The Hubble Space Telescope and Spy Satellites, etc...
<> Automatic door openers: Nearly any grocery store has them.
<> Super Computers with voice and voice recognition: We have that today. We even have some computers that can self reason, although that is currently severely limited.
<> Bio-scan: We can detect humans or other living things that are hidden from view simply by scanning an area from a helicopter.
<> Instant Food Processor: Although I am not aware of the intended technology depicted on Star Trek with regard to the instant food processor. Today, we have the technology to vend nearly any type of food that we wish and to do so in one location. That vending process could be easily incorporated with a water source and also end up in a microwave by automation methods. Therefore, I would have to say that we do have automatic food processing capabilities at this time.

Hahaha, interesting answers. At any rate some useful insight to be found among a few of them. The Original Series shows the most and best proof, as it was filmed 40 years ago and many many many technologies have been advanced since then. To list a few: They had computers that talked "Floppy" disks, although we are already past that- it was quite bold for the 60's As mentioned before communicators (cell phones) I personally always thought the tricorder was an awesome device. It could scan for medical and scientific data. Star Trek: Enterprise is also a good show to look into because it takes place much earlier than the rest kind of bridging the gap and making all the sci-fi less far fetched. A good quote that I once heard was along the lines "It's only a matter of time before science fiction becomes science fact." There is a lot of scientific research going on that most would have believed totally impossible. Amazing how we have begun advancing exponentially.

The only technology that we use today that works EXACTLY like it did on Star Trek is the automatic sliding door.

Many other technologies (cell phones, PDAs, etc)were inspired by Star Trek but don't work quite the same.

Polyester jerseys.

Interestingly the small tape cartridges used for recording in the first Star Trek series were very similar to the Philips Compact Cassette introduced in Europe in 1963 and despite its decline in popularity as a musical format, it is still in widesread use.

Maybe not so much in use today, but the floppy disk featured in Trek. PDA's also. I believe that someone somewhere made a functioning Medical Scanner, although obviously it couldn't do half the things Dr McCoy's could!
