Yes, they can. I am not sure if you are asking because it happened or if you want it to happen. Given enough stimulation (suckling or milking) your breast will probably produce milk. It probably won't be as much as a new mother produces but still a good supply. Some hormones can induce lactation but they probably aren't a good choice if you intend to nurse a baby.
Breasts respond to the milk demand. As babies age and aren't nursed any more, the supply drops and eventually stops. There are also hormones that can help stop the flow.
If a mother wants to adopt a newborn, she might start pumping to get her milk flowing. She would likely need to supplement with formula for a while and possibly over the long term.
I hope I addressed your concern.

I'm not pregnant and sometimes if I squeeze around my nipple a clear almost white liquid will come out. Not sure that it is milk....but I know its not like the milk I had in my breast when I was pregnant!! My doctor told me it is normal for some women to have breast discharge because of their mammary glands. Hope this helps!

yes some women who adopt children begin pumping there breasts before hand so they can breast feed the adoptive child. It takes a while for the milk to come in.

Yes, it's called induced lactation.
Through hormonal therapy and nipple stimulation, women can start producing both prolactin, the milk-making hormone, and oxytocin, the milk-releasing hormone.
In some cases, nipple stimulation is sufficient.

now..now..now..If your breasts are producing milk when you squeeze your nipples, it means you have some sort of cancer. But I could be wrong. It's better to check with your doctor and ask all your questions. Have a complete physical, okay?

I don't know, I would think it could be possible if men can lactate as a result of to much estrogen in their body. I suppose a women could have an over excessive amount as well that could cause the same effect as it does in men. Just my opinion though anything could happen.

Yes, it can but when that happens it often means that there may be a problem with the pituitary gland (a special gland at the back of the brain).
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

Yes you can lactate without having given birth. You will need to take a medication that stimulates lactation.
Peace.

Its to hard to describe here but yes they can
As hard as it might be to believe there are men that can as well- due to a hormone imbalance
