What do you want to do with this computer?
All this info really tells me is that you have
512meg and a 1.6gHz processor, while running xp pro and you have named your pc "Zain"

If you just want it to be slightly better, putting in another 512meg would help, you are running low on physical memory.

But which memory is hard to tell you, we don't know what motherboard you have, we don't even know if you have a desktop or laptop.

More info would help.

p.s. there are lots of 1.6ghz amd cpus

just put a gig of ram in it

I strongly suggest to get the ram at the rated speed, dont trust backward compatable.

the computer be fine for internet and office stuff, and junior kids games like monster trucks etc.

The processor is not good enough to watch TV programs or Hi tech games, so dont buy a TV card or large graphics card.

How big is that processor? 1599mgz? I don't think so! I don't even think AMD put out a 1.5gz processor. You better look again! You could upgrade your memory to 2 gig.

A bit more RAM will help you run those more demanding games and programs.

When upgrading PC's, we also discuss processors and video cards. You haven't included this information in your list.

So why do you think you need to upgrade your computer?

What is it that is limited your use of your computer enough to justify spending money on adding new stuff to it?
