Is being simple means boring to you?

if yes, why do some say simplicity is beauty? would that mean being simple means beauty and boring?

No it isn't, well it shows that u r decent bcs people while seeing a simple person makes them to think that he/she would be well mannered &don't show off. And people like well manared people & it isn't that simple people r boring but they are good at nature & avoid unessescary talk.

it depends on the situation you're talking about and to answer your question, i think simple can mean boring YET at the same time, it can be a beauty.

let's say you lead a simple life. it can get boring if you don't get yourself some kind of hobby to pass the time away. that's boring simplicity.

and then you have two cakes. one with all the sweet toppings and colors and everything you would imagine on a kid's birthday cake. and then the other one is a simple New York Cheese cake. no complications whatsoever for decor.

you choose the cheese cake because it is simple, uncomplicated and you get to taste the cake as it is. that's 'beauty simplicity'.

So simple by itself is not necessarily pretty or beautiful.
