Worse at what...I here Bush is no good at Checkers but plays a mean game of Chess.
Cheney on the other hand is skilled at both. So, if that is what you are asking about then I would have to say.....Bush, unless you add the game Chutes and Ladders to the mix...then it would probably be a tie.

i think your problem is, who is my enemy? if you think that people need more gov't assistance, then mikhail gorvachev is your problem for not conquering the us. sure, pelosi and reid have his legacy, but where have you ever seen them succeed? im voting for ron paul. don't normally agree with bush and cheney, but at least they aren't a fast track to stalin like the democrat controlled house and congress.
