because voting is not compusolsory in america,does anyone have any statistics of who and who does not vote.does that mean the non voters could not care less who leads the country.in australia voting is compulsory and you face a fine.of course unless your dead,only excuse

Don't have statistics, no, of who does and does not vote in America. Agree with your first answerer that there may be no candidate you believe in, but I remain saddened at such low turnout when leadership is so important, since non-participation disregards the intention in our founding Constitutional principles and helps corruption along, especially now, with corporate America. Our founders expected and warned against this, the result of democracy not respected.

The right to vote includes the right not to vote if there are no qualified candidates and when the voter does not want to exercise it. This freedom must be respected.

In the USA dead people vote, as well as illegals. They always vote for the socialist party/ AKA Democrat's.

I had a conversation about politics at work today with a girl co-worker... and I asked if she was going to vote, and she said, probably not.

I asked her why? and she told me that it didn't matter, and politics wasn't her thing.
