Hey, Mushkimapi,

Thanks for your answer. Hmm, that's interesting. I didn't know they did that. I guess Foxconn and Leadtek are "professional friends," so to speak, then?

Oh, and I welcome other people's responses, too, still.

Hey, Karz,

Okay, so your answer sounded somewhat good, but then you made it sound like you were talking about Leadtek being a brand UNDER Foxconn is, like WinFast is, as in "Foxconn WinFast" vs. "Foxconn Leadtek," whereas I was actually talking about Foxconn and Leadtek both being parent companies or parent brands, like "Foxconn WinFast" vs. "Leadtek Winfast." So are you ACTUALLY saying that the Foxconn company bought the Leadtek company, and has given rights to that one of their subcompanies to use the WinFast brand?

If you want, will you respond to this question (by editing your original answer and including the follow-up under the original text in your answer)?

Thanks,
Mike

It's a share brand by shared companies or a Group of Companies, they usually burrow the brand names, for a products regardless of it's connection with the producer itself, but they both vary the same materials such as the processor so that the products that they sale will be in compatible with the product of the other company which uses as the same name of brand.

Foxconn is the big computer parts company that also supplies the OEMs. WinFast is one of Foxconn's brand. Leadtek is another brand that was bought by Foxconn.
