According to the FBI the following information was obtained. If a raid takes place the FBI must follow proper procedures. Meaning that they must have a search warrant to begin with,. Then they must first knock on the door, If the person does not answer the door they have the right to break down the door, The homeowner is responsible for any damages that then happen, I am probably on some freaking call list now because I actually called them and asked this question.

No because in most cases the FBI come to your door in suits and ties not in riot gear . They would have the local police do that if they needed to .
