WL 107 means waiting list 107. meaning that you are 107 th passenger in the waiting list. waiting to get confirmed seat in that train. same is the case with WL34

In our Ticket what is mentioned is WL 107 /WL 34 -
This denotes Wait Listed 107 - Your position from the Opening of booking by the particulars trian for the particular date.
Wait Listed 34 - is your position at the time of your booking the ticket.
There will be changes subject to cancellation and release of other quotas and it can be ascertained from time to time and the final postion on the date of journey. -

the first number is the wl serial no start when wl start for a particular train
the second number is the position at the time of booking your waitlist
that means you are now wl no 34
this is to know what is the as on position at the time of booking of ticket
in summery so far 107 wl ticket issued and only 34 are pending and others got confirmation .
