I almost can't believe what I'm reading here.... Society has confused females in a major fashion when they post such a inconceivable question ! Gina, I thought you realized THAT is the chief reason you are ON the pill. Of course it feels best when he ejaculates inside you because it is the most natural way for a man to bond with a woman ! And it is good to just leave his warm semen in a pool within you afterward. That's what is great about the pill ; we can relax with piece of mind.

No health risks unless your husband has a communicable disease that can be passed by body fluids such as semen.
If this is the case, then I would recommend you have safe sex and make him use a condom.
If this is not the case, then there are no health risks to you for having his semen inside you. It is the usual state of affairs for male semen to be left inside the female's body for the purposes of reproduction.

There aren't any health risks unless he has a Sexially Transmitted Disease.
Just dont accidently skip a pill.

In fact this is normal and no harm if semen rests inside (actually a part of quantity remains). When you pee it washes out naturally. So don't worry.

My neighbor fill me all the time and I love it. There is always the possibility of an STD if your partner is cheating or with other women. I am pregnant now with my neighbors child, a man whom I would do anything for. My mother may also be pregnant by this man. I know my mother is free of STD so I have no worries. As much as I love him inside of me, sometimes he wants to watch it splash on me, on the face, or breasts. I have no problem with this as it pleases him, so it also pleases me.
