Not that I am a feminist or what, but woman become very liberated and open with their views of gender as compared to men.
This may be one of the reasons why straight men hate gay people, or at least get chills when they are near. They don't understand and they are not open.

I think its d, less and less.
As children age they learn the roles for their gender and begin to follow those rules to fit in.
Do not get confused by people in genders other than heterosexual boys and heterosexual girls. Lesbians are a different gender, as are many other goups wo identify themselves sexually.
