Yes it should be illegal and is illegal to kill an illegal immigrant or anyone else. However, that being said, I agree with you on the rights issue. If you are not an American Citizen then you should not be afforded Constitutional Rights.

This is one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen on Yahoo Answers. How about foreign tourists? People on work visas? Green card holders? None of those are citizens, so should we kill them all?

No it doesn't work that way. The punishment for illegally entering the country is not death and even if it were, it would be murder to take the law into your own hands. It is murder to kill a condemned man on the gurney as he is being wheeled into the death house.

Residential status doesn't change what the crime is. Is it okay for you to kill them in their country? No? That's what I thought.

They are still people! They still have lives and people who knew them and cared for them. I don't care where someone's from or how they got where they are, they deserve to be treated like a person.
