that was issued at the baby clinic? it was rather thick if I remember correctly.

Ooh yes, but I am probably going back further than you because it was soon after the War and I remember my mother queueing up at what I think was the Welfare Office for the juice - soon after the Health Service was created.

Yes I do and it was lovely. The nearest I've been able to find is Sunquick, but you have to make it fairly strong.
