Can you be pregnant at 3months and not know it?, I can't tell by my period because its irregular. I dont usually take a break every month from birth control ( This is for medical reasons) and i did take a break to see if I would get my period and it only lasted two days. My boyfriend is overseas and so I dont normally take my pill when I should, so when we were togrther 3 months ago there is a slim chance I was not on time taking it. I dont have tender breast and Im not over wheight. I have gained some pounds do to some medication I am on, so its hard to tell by if I'm a bit heavier because of a pregnancy or meds.
Anyways I would assume I would need some tall tale sign by now! Right?

Not necessarily. Not trying to scare you, but my friend's girlfriend didn't know she was pregnant until the beginning of her 7th month!
Like you, she was irregular, and didn't think much of it. She was having stomach pains often, but was dealing with all sorts of stress from work/family/etc and didn't think that much of it. We finally convinced her to go to the doctor...all I can say is that we're lucky that she wasn't a heavy drinker elsewise!
Head over to Planned Parenthood or make an appt. with your normal doctor (if you have one). At-home kits read negative for my friend's girl even after she'd seen the baby via ultrasound!
You need to make sure...not good to wait. Even if it costs a little money, it's better to know then be caught totally offguard.
Imagine only having 2 months to rearrange your whole life in order to make room for a new addition.

This is going to sound odd but it's the total truth and how my friend didn't know is beyond me. My friend didn't know that she was pregnant until she was 6 months along. You'd think she would of felt movement at that far along. I have heard of some people not finding out until 3 months. My friend who just had her daughter was going into her 3rd month when she found out. If your curious go and have blood work draw up to find out if you are.

well my mom didnt know she was pg with me till the 5th month..she was having her periods like normal and everything. and another person i know didnt find out till like the 4th month that she was pg so you could be..you should probably go to a free clinic or something and get a test done. good luck

a girl i knew only found out at 6 mths because we asked her if she was. (she had a bump!)
Its normal not to have symptoms and sometimes you don't realise its related to pregnancy and put it down to the flu or something.
take a test, ease your mind.
