You almost have to. Ask a cop or firefighter. When that adrenaline starts, your breathing increases, your heart goes into overdrive and your whole body seems to take on the function of a superhuman. There is a price to pay for this.Adrenaline is toxic to the body but serves a purpose for short periods of time. Too much too often, and it will cause problems. Some people laugh, some cry. It seems to be a good way to reduce the effects to the body. It's interesting to study the effects of ice cold water on an adult and a baby. A baby's body seems to shut down it's vital organs to conserve heat and just maintain enough to protect them, where as an adult seems to use up all of its energy over a very short period of time in a very desperate struggle to survive. At what age do we acquire adrenaline....I don't know, but when babies leave the womb....most come out crying....take it from there.....hope I was of some help.

No but I am sort of an adrenaline junkie so to speak, I have a desire to swim with the most deadliest sharks in the world, the mako, great white and bull shark. And I would like to even get in to the water to get some real close ups of crocs too like the nile crocodile. lol thats jut me been like that all of my life since i was akid. I have had pet snakes, spiders etc, and I do go into the woods and take pictures of wild animals including bears so I guess you could say I take chances but I don't actually laugh about it either. I take it quite seriously.

No. In the face of danger, I am rather level-headed, cautious, yet resolved to face and to conquer the danger or to prevent from being conquered.

Yes. It beats panicking and crying like a little girl. Laugh and give your adversaries something to wonder about.

I smile at the face of danger as I am a fan of it.
"Vivere pericolosamente" is a challenge for me.

"In" I think is the usual preposition for this phrase, but I know what you mean. Yes, I do. I've done some very risky (foolish) things in my life, particularly now that it's too late to die young.

No sir. I face it and fight it. The only way to overcome fear is to become fear itself. The mind is one of the greatest things in our body. And the mentally strong always win.
