I think stress is when you worry about stuff a lot and whenever I am stressed, I just forget about what I'm worried about for alittle while and do something, like listen to music or take a bath, and I talk to someone about it. Then when I feel better I try to figure out a solution to whatever I was stressed out about and it usually helps a lot. I hope this answers you question! =)

Stress is a sign that we need to look more closely at our lives. Like pain, stress should also be viewed as a warning.
If you are extremely tense and anxious, you should try to establish why. It might be your job, your parents or your relationship. Whatever it is, the chances are your stressful feelings are telling you to make changes.
Learning how to manage stress will only do half of the job if you don't try to sort out its source. You'll be doing the mental equivalent of sticking a Band-Aid over a boil that is infected.
There is a limit to the amount of stress we can take. If we don't learn to control stress, we are liable to get a whole host of physical and mental problems - and sometimes even break down.

stress affects us all in one way and another, we all wake up relaxed, then its five minutes extra which becomes five minutes late. we go to shower and the water is cold. we go to the fridge and the milk is all gone, so we can not have breakfast. we put bread in the toaster and the electric just cut off. we all handle stress differently... but relay to sum stress up is quite simple, does it relay matter, think about it you can have a sandwich on the way to work or at break time, you can get electric later, and regarding the shower just have a cold one apparently its good for you and controls stress. look at it this way will you remember in a week or six months times what relay got you stressed out today?. does it really matter?. that's right not one bit.

Being under extreme pressure from all sorts of things and not being able to cope with it or keep up with the demand to do it, money worries, family worries, work worries, try and beat it and not let it get you down to much

I would define it as my everyday life! I just keep breathing and hoping for the best.
