Ahh, but that came about from the constant lying about watergate and the spread of the corruption.
Bush may never get to those levels

What WATERGATE AND NIXON lying about it and to avoid putting the country through IMPEACHMENT Proceedings and Hearings at least he was man enough to step down and resign as President to avoid any further embarrassment Nothing compared to BUSH....Carter's ratings dropped due to the hostages in Iran nothing compared to BUSH.....Bush is way lower then that. Reagan did not have the highest approval ratings as president BUSH IS LOWER THAN THAT....His father had low ratings after he attack Iraq the first time the country did the right thing voted in Bill Clinton...Clinton was impeached for perjury due his affairs with a White House intern.....Bush is way lower than that...YES Bush will find away to sink to an all time low if He doesn't start World War 3 in the process....

Bush's approval rating is less than 40% and has been for well over a year. Heck, even the republicans want to distance themselves from him. As far as I'm concerned, he is one of the worst presidents we've ever had.....a miserable failure of epic proportions.

Bush has the record for highest approval and disapproval ratings. Even by discounting the three highest and lowest poles.
He's a very polarizing figure I guess.

Bush has been in the thirties for almost a year....done deal. Plus, if you look at Carter's numbers after the failed request attempt of the Iran hostages, you may...may...see numbers close to Nixons.

If they can still broadcast television or radio from what's left of America's smoldering cities, President Hillary Clinton's "strongly dissaprove" ratings should approach 100%.

Gallup polls are about the least statistically significant kind of poll/survey that exists. I sure don't think anyone educated in stats would care if that did happen.

This might be the one thing Bush will be able to accomplish. It's good to have goals.
