As with everything else you get the good with the bad.

Women are being educated to be men think and act like men. I have had the misfortune of meeting some of these cold hearted ruthless women in the office and in roles of authority. I believe they are being hired for just this reason. They possed roles of human services and they hurt my family.

The world seems to have lost sight of the family unit the nurturing, loving mother and the protective and disciplined father. The children are shipped out before they have bonded with mother or father and never create a bond with anyone. They are taught disrespect in the schools. They are taught intolerance.

With the only binding cord is greed.

It's a woman's basic right to be educated, make her own money and decide not to marry. When a man loves a woman by his heart, her education, job and decision not to marry should not matter. In fact, the man can make her change her decision to be single forever when she felt the genuine love of the guy through his words, actions and constancy.:)

Yes as a 35 year old male whom has never been married and is well educated and independently wealthy and self made I must say I do agree with that. Staying single has allowed me to stay on track and focused on my goals. I love girls and love to go out and date but as you get a little older more educated and astute you seem to be more leary of marriage. I know that it is very hard to find that special someone nowadays because everyone is very selfish as a society these days. I wish I could find an old fashion educated girl whom would be faithful and supportive for 50 years or more. Hopefully someday I will find one. GOOD LUCK !!!!

Women should be educated and make their own money. I make more money than my husband and he loves it. It is our money so it does not matter who makes what. It is also alright for woman not to marry. They use to have to get married because they could not take care of themselves. That is not longer true and we do not need a man to survive.

Good men will like that. Men who are intimidated by it or think that it's 'morally wrong' for women to be educated, hold a career rather than wasting away as second class citizens in the kingdom of his household or as an incubator for future generations are pathetic. You shouldn't worry about those types of men, they're not worthy of your worries!

I couldn't see someone being against independence or self sufficiency. that's a hard trait to hate honestly. if they don't get married then it really doesn't matter. I would love to find a gal who makes a good living and just takes things slow and ditches the married card for a bit.

my final thought is, Yes. Guys do like that.

Marriage is not for everyone. A woman (or man) who decides to be independent and not marry is very wise to follow their feelings. There's not a thing wrong with staying single.
