Depends on the places you go...it's about half and half I would say. Out of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping places my husband will take our daughter but only half the time b/c sometimes they don't have em in there. Now some places like Walmart have a family bathroom which has the changing table and is great to use.

Change stations in bath rooms australia no, but there is baby change rooms for either or both parents to go and change the baby or in the is a change table in disabled tolites

In Australia we have parents rooms that are ok for both male and female parents to enter! In there they have nappy change areas, a microwave, a toddler toilet and an adult toilet!!! Failing that check the wheel chair toilet, they are unisex and usually have nappy change stations!!

There should be in both men and women bathrooms. The place where I used to work had it in both bathrooms, so again it is a growing trend now to have them.

In australia I have only seen baby changers in the disabled toilet or actual baby/parents rooms. I don't think they have them in the mens toilet but I could be wrong.
Must ask my husband about that!

in some there are...but not very many. A lot of stores (like Walmart) have family bathrooms though! =0) I hope I helped you!
