They are mental and cultural artifacts from the past before man had much ability to reason or a scientific process for discovering and verifying knowledge. They are a self-replicating meme set which depends on, and encourages, belief over rational thought.

God is the Creator of all there ever is, was, or will be. No idea what God looks like...could be masculine or feminine, depending on your perception.

The Lord is another name for God. As a Christian, I believe that Jesus, Son of God, is Lord. This is not because of His humanity, but because of his divine-ness. If you would see a child, you often can see the likeness of his parents...so it is with the Son of God.

Heaven is a place where there is no more sickness, strife or any negative emotion. My heaven is not a place in the clouds, as it was when I was a child, but a place very much like Earth, but without War, Famine, or Chaos that encumbers us here.

I believe that Jesus is Christ, therefore I am a Christian. I am a member of the United Methodist Church. I can't form an image in my mind of what I think God looks like. An image of "pure light" comes to mind, which makes me think that our mortal minds cannot translate the information that might pass through our eyes if we were to have God in our sight. In the old testament God was always appearing to Moses as a column of smoke by day and a column of fire by night. This makes me think that God's presence was literally burning up the elements in the air, possibly due to the energy given off by that form of pure light. The bottom line is this - I think these questions will never be answered until God ,Lord, and Heaven are right in front of us, after this earthly life is over, and we have moved on to our new eternal life.

A little wisdom might want to break those questions apart & deal with each topic individually.
Anyone who tries to answer them without writing a volume is an arrogant, ignorant fool (IMHO).
So, rather that try to answer them here, I will tell you that I have a genius IQ and a background strong in several technical disciplines (physics, theology, law, etc).
If you're SERIOUS about these subjects (& I have my doubts about that), I'd suggest that you go to:
www.e-sword.net & get the FREE fully-loaded Scripture Library there & find an Acts 2:38 practicing church to BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY in. Then be prepared for some awesome experiences & some just as negative ones with people who are on a mission to misrepresent all sorts of principles. If you're serious with God about these things, your life will spiral into a direction that will cause most of the people around you to completely misunderstand you, what you believe & you'll not ever be able to articulate what you've learned to someone unwilling to put in the time & effort because the answers to these questions don't come to people who post inquiries on Yahoo answers (& expect to uncover the mysteries of the universe for the time investment of typing the question/s).
Best wishes with the rest of your life.
It IS worth it, BTW...

'God' is both the sun in the sky, and the reason for those things that were once unexplainable.

'Lord' is mans attempt to connect with that 'God'.

'Heavens' are the sky and the moon and the stars - a grand stage on which our myths were played out.

God is never from anywhere he just always was. The glory of God is to great for the human mind to understand. And some choose not to understand him or belivie in him. But I do. In the bible moses wanted to look upon the face of God when he said let me see your glory. But he told Moses that no man can see god and live. With means the Glory of God is too great for any human to take in. Which brings me to the begginning of this question. If he is to advance for us to seen. The same with understanding him. He's on a level that is to great for a human to take in.
