Are you aware that Colombian Sharks are brackish water fish that need a good amount of salt in their water? If they are kept in freshwater, they will become very stressed, and eventually die. If you can't provide this for these fish, take them back and get a fish that is easier to keep. Also, keep in mind that these sharks will each get more than a foot long and need a tank that is at more than 100 gallons of TOTAL saltwater when they reach maturity. Email me if you have any questions.

They are brackish, so make sure to have non iodised salt in the water. 1tbs per 5gallons is a good start. Go easy at first, as I'm sure Walmart did not do this either and you don't want to shock them. Also you did just get them 2 days ago, and who knows how long walmart had them. They are going to be stressed. If it's a new tank watch out with ammonia spikes!

For one thing you never change all of the water in your tank that will definetly kill your fish. You take out part with a syphon. They can tell you at the pet store what to do to take care of your tank. But I would let the tank run for a month before putting fish in it. You might also try storing water for your tank for about a month so the impurities are gone out of it.

First and foremost wal mart know as much about fish as George Bush knows about lowering the price of Gas.
Go get yor livestock and advice from a tropical fish store NOT A PET STORE! You have specialized tropicals go to a specialist
