Yes you most certainly can have a very full life without children. Having children, is great, for you keep the generation going. you also put your life on hold. without having children, you can live free, enjoy without having to plain a time to return, because you have to been back home. You can come and go. as long as your happy within yourself, full of life and joy, without kids, than you can live a full life. so keep your head up high and enjoy.

If a life is made full because of children, then you can break it down into the parts that children bring to make it full:

eg.

1) Children require sacrifice; sacrifice makes life fuller
2) Children provide the opportunity to observe growth; the observation of growth makes life fuller
3) Children asserting their independence on you; having children assert this independence makes life full

Most of these things are not replicable, and if you accept that they make life full, then its not possible to have a full life without children, since children are the only things that can provide the opportunities described.

However, if you do not feel that any of the above opportunities can make your life fuller, then you can live a full life without children. Personally, I could do without as well.

It depends on what one considers as full lives. Different people would have different opinions on full lives. Children will open a different world to u. Its up to the individual weather this world is part of a full life or not.

I think that you can have a full life without children until you have a child. Then you realize that your life wasn't full. The beauty of it is that if you never have the child, you will never realize what you are missing.

Do you want children? If yes then you may become happy. If no than you ought to live without them. In my expereince, people with children are unhappy. Sure in the spur of the momnet you think 'ofcousre I love my flesh...they mean the world...blah blah. tec'.

But kids do cost a lot of money, they become utterly disresptful and plan to put their parents in Senior homes, you as a person loose your freedom.....And that's why I NEVER want children!!!!

So basically look at the postives and negatives. You don't have to take my word for it.

Yes you can. Life without children does not make it less of a life. It can be just as rewarding without them. Unless you are obsessed about having them and can't, then you can make your life miserable trying.

oh yes, children r great but they should change the name to responsibility. Everyday for the rest of your life. there really are not any words in English that can truly described what it takes daily to raise a child. u r responsible for guiding and making a human being! its crazy. dont let society tell u what is important to u in your life. u will know.

One's fulfillment in one's self...comes from within.
To fulfill a purpose is part of having children but that doesn't always mean a 'full ' life for some...they still yearn for that purpose in life that is calling them. A full life is what you make of it.

sure you can. you can have a fulfilling life without children, just like you can when you do have children. Life is what you make of it.

You cannot have a full life until you feel equality in all children including your own (if you regard so)!
