I would say yes. I don't have a medical degree or anything technical, but I do know for a fact that you can feel physical pain if you are suffering with depression....so why wouldn't it be possible to feel pain stemming from emotional pain?

Well depression can cause actual pain. It varies from person to person, and depends on the situation. You can also get sick. Being stressed can lower your immune system, and make you more suseptable to getting things like the flu.
