I am 6'1, and 165lbs, very lean, and looking to build some bulk in my deltoids, biceps, triceps, and pectorals. I am also looking to tear up my abs. I already do push ups and sit ups. Any ideas for better excersizes? Links would be very helpful!

Do bicycle crunches, push ups are good so keep that up, if you have cans of soup you can use those like weights and do isometrics.

Your local park should provide a myriad of great gym equipment. You can do pullups, handstand pushups, Dandes, reverse-fly pullups (get in an upside down pushup hanging form the monkey bars and pull your chest to the bar great for upper back, traps, and rear delts) V-ups, twisting situps, carry buckets of dirt or water. Man I could go on its not about the equipment its about the knowledge of physiology and the expression of your body.

take a chair and set on it , now scoot your *** to the front of the chair ,grab both sides and then squat up and down real slow, get youre *** as close to the floor as possible!!!

then the next one is stand upside down against the wall,
stand on youre head and lean against the wall,
then push youreself up and down(handstand pushups)!!!

bench 300 10 times - 5 sets
