If you are very angry you need to calm down first. You will have to learn how to control yourself. Maybe you can ask your friends and family to stop and calm you when you are angry. I used to have a bad temper too. But my parents helped me control it, for example, when I was angry they would do something fun with me to help me control your anger. If you do have failiers you should never give up and try harder. if you have questions, You can email me at regorocksformr@gmail.com (I have a yahoo account too.) :-}
Good luck!

You just have to learn to be patient and learn to take a break when things don't show up or occur as expected. Remember a failure is not a failure but a success at finding what will not work. Edison had thousands of failures, like making furniture out of concrete for example, but he also had thousands of inventions as well. Perhaps if you write done what you were trying to do and then why you think it failed you will see a way to turn failure into success. Many great successes in life were the result of things not working as they were intended but then the inventor finding another use for what he had. I know I heard of examples of that but can't think of a single one at the moment - a failure on my part, and yet I was able to find a different way of expressing what I meant to say.
Just remember the person who never failed, never ventured to try anything - going back to the examples, Columbus failed to find the East in his jurneys but he found instead a whole new world, a failure which lead to success.
Just learn patience, to walk away and give yourself a breather when you think you failed, and then take another look to see how you might turn the failure into a success. Remember that even a failed first marriage is not a failure if one learns from it and marries successfully the second time.
Good Luck to you!!

Join the club buddy and definitely you are not alone
Most of the people can not accept failure but the point is life is full of goose bumps so you have live with it,
If you are spiritual and belongs to a particular religion(whatever may be) seek the help of religious books and counsellors
If you dont believe it then Let me tell my way of dealing with failure
the situation is like this i was expecting a task to be done in a particular time but a lot of unneccessary interuptions shown up and delayed the task for two days and my boss scolded me for that
First i will take a short break from that scenario read a book listen a song see a funny movie clip will help me a lot otherwise i will engage my self in to a tough sudoku puzzle for atleast 25 min then i 'll have nice snack and come back to work (even though the situation didn't deal with utter failure i have mentioned it how to deal)
May be you try your chances taking different options
Try hard and u will come out of this

Why deal with failure? Once you've failed its all over. Then you start again. I think you have just learnt to find expression in the feelings that are experienced afterwards. Start with something small like a weight you have trouble lifting right. Then try it, fail... leave it... come back to it... try again... and on and on until you do it. This way, focus on the reward and not on the result. Victory is the reward! My little saying I made up for myself is " A loss is one step closer to victory" And I don't fail anymore... and if it is an obvious failure, then I laugh and forget it cause it is usually something like spilling water down the front of my jeans... Who ever said anger was the correct response anyway?

failure is failure
success is success
your just going to have to live with it
you fail, you learn MORE
if you succeed all the time you learn nothing OR less
failure is life you cant just keep geting pissed off at it
i mean if you TRY to fail and you succeed, should you be happy? Or mad?
ethir way you should be fine with what you did as long as you try it again for better outcomes letting you learn more
im not saying failure is a good thing
but nethir is success
all this from MY point of view

you are talking about two different things
failure is when you try to do something but are unable to do it, and the only way to deal with it is to try again (you had to learn how to walk once, and I bet you fell down a thousand times learning how, but you didn't give up, did you?)
expecting things to turn out a certain way is not failing, it is having unrealistic expectations
train yourself, and it will take time and practice, to have NO expectations, to just let things happen as they will, to 'be here now', and your whole life will change

You know, if you suceed everytime you learn nothing. Life becomes boring and you'll never change.
Failure is an opportunity to learn and grow stronger. It teaches you how to do better, to value life and to work out what your weaknesses and strengths are. Without failure you can only go backwards.
