Emotional "tearing" may be involved in the removing of waste products or toxic substances from the body. Perhaps people feel better after crying because as they shed tears, they also shed, in those tears, chemicals that build up during emotional stress.
Crying and the emotional secretion of tears are considered here to be messages that contain a request for help, and humans have the ability to cry and to shed tears because these messages have proven to be effective.

It helps us to heal on the inside, crying is releasing pain that we just can't absorb into our bodies so we let it go thru tears, and if you think about it, you will feel better after. Our bodies and I guess our brain knows what we can handle and what we can't and crying is like medicine, and its always the right prescription.

The illness called evil is released on Crying.
We through-up vomit when stomach wants to reject the devil.
We shed tears when the throat fills-up.
The first emotion is CRY and this helps us to be close to God.
The world laughs with Joy when we are born to cry, as we have left back Gods abode. The world cries when we die to return back to Gods abode.
This cry helps to release illness to fill our heart with goodness God.
A Boy told his fifth class lady teacher, "Why shouldn't boys cry as he also has feelings", when she said 'don't Cry like a girl".
Saints cry easily! That's hearty bliss.
