If you lose all care in life nothing means anything to you nothing affects you physically or mentally pain wise even when you try to, everyone you ever loved killed themselfs and blamed you for what you did and how you werrent there "suicide note/letter" you have no hopes no dreams no wants really what should you do (DONT SAY THEROPY OR COUNSELLING THAT IS NOT A OPTION)

Well, My Life Got A Lil Complicated Too, A Lil While Back.
When My Brother Died ANd Everything. Not Long After That I Found Out That My Dad Wasn't Killed The Way I was Told He Was.
But Hey, I Really Don't Much Good Advice For You, As Things Like That Are Really Hard To Get Over.

OK ,my dear ,my mother used to say life is like a battle field ,if you give up it gets you.So you have to fight it full force and not to allow it to defeat you.Giving up is for weak people and there is always hope even if it's a glimpse of it.I don't know how old you are or what your problem is but life still worth living.People that think about suicide have given up hope and did not get the help they needed on time and it was the problem they had internally and emotionally.If any body blamed you ,the problem was with them.You should learn from others mistakes and be strong.You have to open your heart and let hopes and dreams in.There are lots of people with lots of love out there.It is understandable that with all the trauma that you dealt with ,being depressed or have post traumatic syndrome which makes you feel like you are numb,but that's how your system defend itself.This is a great start to share this with others here.That will start making you feel ,and you can heal what you can feel.Good luck to you and me and others like me are always here for you.

I just saw your question and first thought - can life be that bad?

I think my favorite answer to any kind of question like this comes from a movie I saw a few years ago - it is a line taken directly from the script -

"get busy living or get busy dieing" (Shawshank Redemption)

Life is what you make it - you can either choose to find reasons for staying - or find reasons for leaving.

Life is what you want it to be - you can either want people around you that will make your life meaningful and happy - or you can find people that will be around you that will cause you harm and unhappiness.

The choice will be ultimately yours..............make the right choice. And remember - life is hard - but it can be incredibly "full" if you get busy living!!

And, by the way, "blame" is what everyone does to remove their own guilt. These people that blame others are people you should not have around you. Blame is selfish and hurtful -you cannot get busy living while you are surrounded by "blamers".

For one thing, you are not responsible for what some one did to themself, or to some one else. Most people that commit suicide, are manipulating , they did it when they where alive, and they are continuing to do it after they are gone. You have to stop the controlling and look at your life and know that you have to move on and do some thing that is constructive for YOU. You say no therapy, or counsling, but you can go to grief counsling. It is free, and you will meet with people that have gone through the same thing you have gone through. We always think that we are alone and no one else knows what it feels like, but there is always some one out there that knows how you feel. Contact your local hospital and ask for help in locating a group.

you need to get a hobby... something that gives life a meaning, i am a computer geek, and love my life. I am not saying that you need to be a computer geek, you just need to find something that interests you so that you can look upon your day and feel like you actually did something. But the computer is the great way to restart your life, if what your saying really did happen to you, perhaps the best thing would be to enter a chat room online some were were no one knows you and just make some online friends. Who knows, like i said, i am a computer geek so every thing i tell you is going to be bias information, but basically you just got to find your self a purpose to live.

If this is you that you're talking about, have you tried talking to some one you grew up with, maybe a close cousin, brother, sister, old friend, aunt, uncle, etc.? Some one that's known you from day one? Some one that was there to talk to all through life? Have you tried going to church? The pastor is there to help anyone, and most of them have heard it all. I think the best thing to do is to talk to some one that really cares. They might need some one to talk to as much as you do! I wish you the best of luck!

Get your S&it together! There are many people who would love to live! Cancer patients, AIDS, etc. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, and I'm sorry, but they were wrong! It wasn't your fault! Realize that you're depressed, and do something about it, besides wanting to check out. Help others who arent so fortunate! I just got over lung cancer, had half a lung taken out. Did I, do I want to give up? NO! I'm a 'Nam combat veteran, a survivor, I'll never give up to my last breath, don't you either!!!!!!
