go to your local SRS office and to court services where you live and file a complaint.

Contact your local child support agency or look online and punch in child support and your county. I'm sure something helpful will come up. If he has no job and has never been ordered to pay child support, he will owe you no back child support (I learned that with my own case). The only way you will be given back pay is if he was court mandated to pay and he has not. Report him. That's all you can do. If he has no job, ,,it sucks but you have to just eat it, cuz you can't take what he doesn't have right? I know it's not fair. I had to deal with the same crap!
**Don't let anyone here give you any crap on this by saying why haven't you reported him, etc..etc..It's not an easy process and it's kinda time consuming. I had to take mine to court and STILL I get nothing because he is fighting for 50/50 so he won't have to pay anything.

Well there are only a few things for you to do. but nothing might not happen. My sons dad owes thousands and still refuses to pay after several years. they took away his licence and refuse to issue him a passport until he pays but that is it. you might want to keep calling the child support division and let them know whats going on. it would be very helpful if you have a current address, phone number and job info. it could move the process a little faster.
I am now in desperate need of recieving child support from my sons dad as I need to pay for brcaes my son needs. I have called the offices and gave my info and now I have started to send post cards to my sons dad reminding him of his late payment. maybe he might send something but it hasnt worked. I will keep sending post cardsa until someone in that house grows a heart.

Are you serious. Why have you not represented your child at the Dept. of Child Support in you local State. They will go after him and even garnish his wage in some states. This is your child's right...it has nothing to do with how you feel about the father. understand?

Are you saying you are the father? If so, hire a lawyer and take care of your responsibilities.
Then go to Church and pray for forgiveness.
Good luck.
