Change it. It's a pretty simple concept but hard as hell to execute. Branch out and find some new fun things you may like to do, try new hobbies and go to new places where you can meet new people.
Good luck.

If you're not happy about your life it means you need to make changes. Don't make changes just for the sake of change, though. Analyze your actions, the result of those actions, the motivation for your behaviors, and so on. Being lost means you need a sense of direction and for that you need goals. It can be hard to set goals if your parents weren't very involved with you, or if you're depressed, but try - pick a goal that is achievable, such as being able to understand others better by studying psychology. Try volunteering for a number of different causes - you might find a niche for yourself sooner than you'd think possible.

Of course we all have times when we wish things were different. I read the good book. I try to fall back on the old fundamentals of a happy life. Prayer and reading the book, church, in others words my spiritual side, thats what touches you inside, thats where the problem is anyway, so you might as well start there. Reality is sometimes different than what we thought it would be in our minds, and if we can't for at least at that moment change our realities, then we have to change our minds, for me it starts on the inside, my spiritual side. Try it sometime, just maybe it will be your answer you have been looking for. Good luck!!!

Sometimes I feel this way as well, but then I think that I shouldn't feel this way because there are people that have it much worse than you and I. I try to do things that make me happy and get rid of the things in life that make me upset. Good Luck!

I think about having to swat flies of my face in Somalia while wading through the brown water to pee and take a bath. At the same time.

Look and see if there is anything you can change, and if it is all out of your controll, just keep going. Life really is a rollercoaster--you can't stay down forever! Things will pick up :)
