Louis may have never heard of it, but his answer makes it clear he is not a drywall hanger. Bullnose corner bead is sold alongside regular corner bead anyplace that carries drywall supplies. His method will fall out within a matter of weeks or months.
Sweet Jane and Ben S. are correct.

They have what is called bull nose corner bead now. I would check just about any where that might sell drywall and if they don't have it look some where else because it is out there. Phillips makes one and I suppose there may be some one else that does too. I was at there site and was going to send you the link but I don't think we are suppose to do that.
We go to the outerbanks every year and this last years house had the rounded corners and I was impressed with them. They also had the no paper wrapped drywall too to help stop mildew and mold. We have come a long way.

You have to wet it, and (with some help) gently and slowly place and mould around the corners. My son-in-law finished his whole basement like that....Looks great. On the inside corners, he used 1/2 inch, but around the doorways, where the curve was tighter, he used 1/4 inch, and put on 2 layers. I have never heard of buying "pre-moulded" round corners and moulding with mud, would be just about impossible to get a consistent and even surface. As well, it would be quite unstable. Hope this helps.

you can buy what is called a "bullnose" corner piece at lowes or home depot. You will tac it up there with small nails and mud over it just like you would a normal square corner piece. :) I just love the way the rounded corners look...
