They had a vote in their elected parlement or congress whatever they call it, maybe a year ago for us to leave. Didn't make much news in the US media.

maybe.
Since we have invaded Iraq, tried force our goverment and beliefs on them (and violently) and tried to control their Oil......
aren't we just as much terrorists as them???
Two of those listed are the reasons we call them terrorists.
we send mass troops over and invade their country, and were "liberators"??? Its a little bit ironic, isnt it.

B.Kavorkian: You sicken me that you would even suggest that we should set off a car bomb at a pro-illegal rally. Everyone has the right to free speech, wether you live here or not!!!

Only if following a UN Mandate that is filed by the democratically elected Iraqi government that specifically asks the U.S. led coalition to stay in Iraqi and help with security makes one "Illegal".

Anyone that says we're occupiers or terrorists or anyhting else is FULL of BS and needs to go the UN website and read about the Iraq Mandate reguarding the Multinational Security Force.

Or just google the terms, but please educate yourselves, you sound so ignorant and immature.

The Iraqi government is not asking us to leave. As a matter of fact, they're asking us to stay. I'm not saying I support us staying. I'm simply pointing out how ignorant and uninformed one would have to be not to understand the difference.

Edit: A "fun question" is one that highlights the stupidity of liberals. In that regard, you did post a fun question.

no, because we are not claiming citizenship and are not there to be a resident. also, Iraqi government officials (the noncorrupt ones) are terrified of the idea of the US leaving Iraq now because htey know they'll be overthrown and replaced if we're not their to maintain their relative security

No, because the Iraqi government wants us there to maintain security.

Not with the Iraqi government asking us to stay. We are presently there at their request and I seriously doubt they are going to want us leaving them behind any time soon.

No, the thousands of Americans there are more of an 'occupying force.'

The millions of foreign nationals in America are 'illegal aliens.'

If Iraqis can get so bent out of shape over thousands of Americans that they use car bombs to blow them up, why can't we manage even one car bomb at a pro-illegal rally?
