My wife used to work at a Honda dealership in Virginia, USA, and they had a million-mile Honda, a 1990's model I believe, the guy worked for a mapping country, and drove all over in it, sleeping in it, etc. Used it for ten years, and put about 100,000 miles per year on the car. Still looks nice after all those years and miles. The dealership took it in trade, and still has it as a showpiece. So if you do alot of highway driving, they can go a LONG time!

This is not a straight forward answer. It will depend on ALOT of factors. How well has it been cared for? How well WILL it be cared for from now on? What kind of driving has put those miles on it? Those are 3 big factors in how long a vehicle will last.

Realistically there is NO ANSWER for that. The car could be on the second or even third motor. Could be the original well maintained. There's no way to tell, my guess is, if it's lasted 200,000 is that whoever owned it before maintain it, if not great at least fairly.

200,000 highway miles on an Acura is equivalent to about 30,000 miles on a Chevy.
