Naturally, it does. For example, on a very hot humid blistering day without any means of cooling down, a person would not act so cheerful or feel energized. A person may or may not be grumpy, tired, or even listless.
On a very cold frigid day where the temperature falls below 0* - a person is not going to be happy. They are going to be really cold, and miserable.
Some people get really nervous when its lighting outside because we fear what can hurt us, and lighting represent electricity.
Another prime example would be a person who's lived in tornado alley such as Kansas moved to New York City. Suddenly the skies darken, and gives off an eerie feeling before a severe thunderstorm. The person might panic or begin to feel anxious that perhaps a tornado is coming.
So, yes, weather can affect human emotions in many different ways and levels. I hope this helps answers your question.

The human body operates best within a fairly narrow temperature range and abnormal heat and cold can impose severe stress. There is a marked relationship between human mortality and thermal stress.Comparison of daily summer mortality rates with maximum temperature suggests that more deaths occur only on hottest summers. As per some police report, significantly more violent crimes are commited during very hot or stormy weather.
So ,weather affects human emotions atleast to some extent.

It does affect my mood. I prefer days that are overcast and prefer the weather to be changeable, when we get those hot days in the summer and everyday is the same blazing hot sun it with no end in site it gets boring and I tend to get a short fuse.
I would not enjoy living down south, few share my view but give me a thunderstorm anytime and I'm happy.

I totally think so. It is said that often in places such as Washington state that the autism rate is at a higher level due to the incredible amount of rain they get and that since the kids are inside a lot watching TV it slows their learning process. Personally, i alos tend to feel depressed and tensed on days when its raining.

You bet!
I know for me I have to put in full spectrum light bulbs in the winter or I get depressed.
I used to work in property management (basically slum mobilehome parks) and in the summer, especially around pay days, the full moon and heat waves (heaven help me when they all happened at once) I'd keep the cordless with me at all times because the behavior of the 'tenants' would be so bad I'd have my managers calling me all night.

Yes it does. Human emotions are effected by melanin, the brown stuff that makes you look tan. The more melanin your body produces the happier you are. So, the more sun, the more melanin, the happier you are. Less sun = less melanin = less smiles.
