Both the Hutu and the Tutsi tribes drink a mixture of warm blood and fresh cow milk. One of my college professors lived with them for a year, and he said the taste actually wasn't that bad, it was a lot like drinking salty warm, pink milk.

The Maasai, cattle herding tribe of Kenya. There may also be others, but the Maasi are probably the most famous.
