This is worse than a trihybrid cross which would have three pairs of alleles ... your problem has four pairs of alleles.

The Punnett square you need if you are going to show all the possibilities among the offspring will be 16 x 16. Across the top you will have 16 gametes. Down the side you will have the same 16 gametes since the parents are the same genotype. The 16 gametes are:
