This is pretty simple.

Since you're multiplying both square root denominators, it cancels. So your denominator is 5.

multiplying the numerators, you get 4.

so your answer is 4/5.

substitue x for the sgrt of 5
2(-1/x)(-2/x) multliply out.. (-2/x)(-2/x) becomes 4/x^2
resubstite for x soooo 4/(sqrt5)^2 do the simple math
