Can you tell me the teams and the guys names

All of them not 1 team today or anyother day voted for instant replay. I don't know why people keep saying they voted on instant replay today. They didn't do that at all. They voted 25 - 5 to possibly look into maybe someday having instant replay. But I don't know those 5 teams.
