I read that there was a class action lawsuit against Microsoft for the Xbox 360 randomly scratching disks. I've had two games ruined because of this and one of the was Guitar Hero 2 which set me back $90 and I can't even play it. Games are getting too expensive for them to be making crap and putting it on shelves. How would I take part in this lawsuit and get my money back?

Basically, it's a problem with the Xbox 360 itself not the game. The game developers made the game perfectly, it's just the faulty Xbox 360 console that's costing you.

You can take part in the lawsuit by getting a PS3 and dumping that Xbox 360. I guess that if you contacted Microsoft about the problem maybe they could refund you though. I've had my PS3 for almost 11 months and it hasn't scratched any of my games or dvd's, not even one single tiny scratch.
