Should I put it in a pipe and smoke it?
Should I grind it up, put it in my coffee and drink it?
Save it as a momento?
or something else?

I didn't keep the actual cord. I pulled out of the clamp and kept the clamp. The thought of keeping rotten flash grosses me out. But in some cultures they do. My sisters boyfriend is south African and his daughter from a previous marriage and him self wanted my sister to keep it. It does freak her out though, though she should due to his beliefs.

Throw it away! It's nasty rotting skin. Do you keep scabs? No! So why keep a umbilical stump?

I agree with the people who say keeping it is really gross. Throw it out.
