I have anger issues. I tend to get angry quickly, lash out at the object of my anger, and ignore the consequences. I have a pretty obnoxious co-worker, who says stuff to get me riled, and it works obviously. I was wondering if anyone had some tips on how to ignore this person? Thank you.

Could you add a note to say what he says. Is he critical of you, or other folks?

There is always the option of killing him or moving to another job. I suggest you do both.

(well assuming by chance that I'm not that co-worker lol)

If you know this person does this on purpose why do you allow them to make you angry? They just push your buttons and wait for you to react. Ignore them.
