I have a very wierd menstral cycle, I usually bleed for about 20-25 days is this a sign?

I have a period that last 20-25 days, I am having difficulty becoming pregnant, My menstral bleeding is nery heavy, i experience pelvic pressure during my menstration period, and I sometimes see like blood clots or uterine tissue shed during my period

Yes. Lengthy periods and excessive flow, occasionally with blood clots, are good indicators that you have fibroids. Do check with your gynecologist, though. You may have endometriosis or other conditions that definitely need to be assessed and treated. The excessive loss of blood can lead to iron deficiency and weakness.

One main sign is heavier bleeding than normal all of a sudden.
Bleeding 20 - 25 days could be from anything.

Go see your Gyn.
She will examine you and send you to get an ultrasound.
