Atlantis is not a cheap resort. I would call them directly. They may have a meal plan but I think you would have to get it directly from them. There are 22 restaurants and 20 bars and lounges. This resort is not listed as an all-inclusive. Sorry

If you want to save some money but have access to the facilities of Atlantis, stay at Comfort Suites instead.
