One of my favorites is from the movie "This Is Spinal Tap" where Fran Drescher's character says "money talks and bullsh*t walks".
Another is from the cult exploitation B-movie "Reform School Girls" between the characters of Edna (the matron) and bad girl inmate Charlie (played by legendary punk singer Wendy O. Williams). In the story, it was implied the two characters were having a lesbian relationship as they continually tormented the "good girl" protagonist. Eventually, their relationship comes to an end, with these lines:
Edna: "Charlie, you're nothing but a stupid kid from Cleveland. Just a sh*t stain on the panties of life."
Charlie: "You should know...you lick 'em every night!"
That movie was hilarious over-the-top cheesiness! lol

Einstein talking to mechanic: "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
Mechanic: "What are the chances of THAT happening?"
And from "Legally Blonde":
Mother to Elle after Elle tells her she wants to go to Harvard:
"But you were first runner-up in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic contest. Why would you want to throw that all away?"
LOL!!!
