Apparently Steve Jobs has been possessed by the Bill Gates BS demon.

When asked was operating system the iPhone runs he said OS X. What is OS X on the iPhone. Most sources tell me it is not Mac OS X (as it doesn't run Max OS appliatiosn) and the iPhone is so lame it can't even run iPod games.

So what is iPhone operating system...exactly...Steve are you out there, I can give the pope a call, ask him for an exorcism...I am sure he will help.

The iPhone runs on a cut down version of OS X and will be coming with a SDK from early next year - possibly January.

The iPhone is not yet designed for games, it is designed for MUSIC, PHONE and WEB/EMAIL - 3 basic functions with more to come.

It is VERY likely that the iPhone will start to run many applications from next year onwards. Apple's design theory is that if you make an application run a few features perfectly (in theory anyway) the gadget will be better and sell better then you can ad more stuff later once it is perfected rather that trying to run every app under the sun very badly like the Zune. - and not selling any of them.
